Regional Centers are Private Businesses that allow multiple investors to assist them in expanding their Business objectives. Regional Centers are generally low in risk and will afford the investor a low return on investment and generally the ability to re-coupe investment in 5 to 6 years.
Permanent Residency/Green Card program.
Investor must generally invest $500,000 into a certified Regional Center.
Non-Passive, Investor must manage the business however management is on a very limited basis and investor need not reside near location of the Business.
A Conditional Green Card will be issued to the investor, spouse and children Under 21.
EB-5 Regional Center Process Timing:
This process will take around 9 to 15 months to get your EB-5 Green Card.
Processing Time: 9 to 15 months
Regional Centers are numerous. There are approximately 90 designated Regional Centers and approximately 80 more that are in the pre-application stage. Regional Centers compete strongly for foreign national investment funds. It is Critical that Investors retain a knowledgeable Law Firm to represent THEM when analyzing the Regional Center Options.

Second, once the Regional Center is selected by you, we will advocate on your behalf to ensure that your application is being processed correctly. We will also make sure that your interests (and not the Regional Center’s interests) are protected! For example, we will make sure that the Regional Center will agree to refund your investment back to you 100% in the unlikely event of an Immigration Petition denial. There are multiple others considerations that we will review on your behalf on these lines.

The EB-5 Regional Center Timing of the Process:
1. The investor transfers his investment to an escrow account.
2. Darren Silver & Associates, LLP files the Immigration Petition. If the petition is approved, the investment is transferred to the Regional center. If the Petition is denied, the investment is refunded in full back to the investor. The processing of the petition will take 3 to 5 months on average.
3. Upon approval, our Firm will immediately file the investor’s Adjustment/Green Card. The investor will receive his green card in 6 to 12 months. (if inside the U.S, A work permit in about 60 to 90 days)
