Kelly Shu is a licensed attorney in the state of New York. She practices investment and business immigration law and has experience in EB-5, EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-3, L-1, E-2, Adjustment of Status, and Application of Naturalization. Kelly’s practice focuses on EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. She has solid experience in structuring regional center and direct EB-5 projects, filing regional center applications, filing annual certification of regional center, preparing project I-526 and I-829 templates, responding to Request for Evidence and Notice of Intent to Deny, and preparing I-526 petitions of individual EB-5 investors.

 

Kelly received her Bachelor of Laws degree with a minor in Philosophy from National Chengchi University and her Master of Laws degree from Duke University School of Law. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Associations (AILA). Kelly is fluent in Mandarin, Chinese and Taiwanese.
