Benjamin Brueggemann is a Senior Associate Attorney at Darren Silver & Associates, LLP. He has been practicing Immigration Law exclusively since 2007 with a primary focus on business immigration matters. Mr. Brueggemann works closely with the firm’s clients on complex legal matters involving all major U.S. immigrant and nonimmigrant visa classifications including the EB-5 green card from inception to I-829 approval; EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 immigrant visa petitions with a particular focus on the PERM process; as well as all major nonimmigrant visas such as the H-1B visa, E-visa, L- visas, and O-1 visa among others. He represents clients from around the world including such countries as China, Vietnam, Germany, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Switzerland, Iran, India, the United Arab Emirates, as well as South Africa among others. Mr. Brueggemann has a particular strong understanding of the immigrtation issues related to the processing of visas for clients from various industries including Information Technology, Engineering, Product Manufacturing and Distribution, Financial Services, Consulting Services, and Healthcare to name a few. He has gained this understanding due to his extensive experience over the years dealing in matters from various industries and clients from all over the world. In addition to his primary focus, Mr. Brueggemann also assists the firm in family-based immigration matters.
Mr. Brueggemann is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), where he has served as an AILA Liaison in the past. Mr. Brueggemann has also represented the firm during several speaking engagements, particularly on the EB-5 process. He received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in French from James Madison University in Virginia and his Law degree from Vermont Law School. In addition to his education and experience, Mr. Brueggemann speaks German, Farsi, and French.
